Our website aims to demonstrate why we believe our offer is one of the best in Kingston: highlights of our last two years of learning can be found here, examples of opportunities and curriculum enrichment can be found here and the ethos and vision behind our creative curriculum are shared throughout the pages of our website.
But don’t take our word for it – read what parents/carers, visitors and Ofsted say about our school and have a look at our buildings and grounds in the two galleries below!
We always receive overwhelmingly positive feedback from visitors, volunteers, students on placement, visiting teachers from other schools, outside organisations and, of course, our pupils and their parents/carers. Our pupils tell us they feel safe and enjoy learning; parents/carers tell us their children are taught well and they are pleased with the progress their children make; visitors and teachers from other schools always comment on the excellent behaviour and approach to learning of our pupils and our imaginative curriculum; and student teachers who train with us choose to stay with us and become outstanding teachers under the guidance of our experienced staff.
Below is just a small example of the positive feedback that we received over the last year or so, including comments that parents and carers made on their child’s end of year report.
Our facilities are modern and expansive, extending a considerable distance behind our beautiful red-brick original building and hidden from the road, as shown in our gallery, below. In addition to our spacious well-resourced classrooms, we have two large halls for performances and sports; bespoke outside learning areas for EYFS and Year 1; separate playgrounds for Reception, KS1, Lower KS2 and Upper KS2 (with climbing frames and trim trails); a large well-resourced Library; a Cooking and DT Room; Learning Pods (smaller spaces for 1:1 or small group work); a Nurture Room; and a hugely popular MUGA.
