Our younger children have been reading Funnybones by Allan and Janet Ahlberg.  As well as having some great writing opportunities using exclamation marks and ‘-ed’ suffixes, we have also been learning about our own skeletons. We used our artistic skills to make some skeletons and had fun drawing and labelling some important bones like the skull, pelvis and spine.
