As part of our learning for natural disasters, we have been looking at how certain buildings have been designed in order to withstand earthquakes. We looked at images of various buildings and noticed that within the buildings there are certain shapes such as squares and triangles which help keep the structures up. We then had a go at drawing nets for 3D shapes as well as putting the nets together.
