This week in Year 4, we have been recreating some pieces of art in the style of William Morris. We started by learning a little bit about the artist and what inspired his work. We then had a go at recreating some images similar to his. We noticed that he used symmetry and translation in his art. Finally, we used one of our designs to create a stamp in order to do some printing.
