The Reception children from Blossom Blue were very excited this week as they had their first school trip to Holly Lodge in Richmond Park.

The children travelled there by minibus.

First they listened to the story Owl Babies then they went on a nature walk looking for different birds. The children then made their own wings and built a nest out of sticks and straw for the mummy owl.

After that they put meal worms out and then hid and watched using binoculars to see the birds eating the worms. 

They had a great time!
