This week the children have been drawing a story map for the book 'Whatever Next!' by Jill Murphy. First, we retold the story together and drew the map. Then the children drew their individual maps. They each retold the story in their own words, using their maps to help them remember each part of the story. Next week we will be writing our version of the story using the maps to help us.
