This week, the children in Year One and Year Two have been learning about shape. We watched an episode of Numberblocks which explained the differences between 2d and 3d shapes. The children made pictures from shapes. They looked at the 3d shapes and noticed which 2d shapes were on their different faces. They also tested which shapes could roll or stack. 

The children learnt a song about 3d shapes which they loved singing. There is a video of them singing this song on Tapestry.
