This week the children have been practising some winter safety and keeping warm! They have been trying to get fingers into gloves and zips zipped on coats. We have been checking what has changed in our environment and some toys got trapped in the ice, so we had to break them out. 

We have been learning the story of Supertato and the Evil Pea! In maths we have been looking at number composition (2 and 1 makes 3 or 1 and 1 and 1 makes 3!) as well as our usual daily counting lessons.

Next week we will look in more detail at Supertato and maybe make a vegetable soup!
