This week in Reception the children have been learning the story 'The Little Red Hen'. They used a story map to help them retell the story and they also learnt vocabulary from it. They also made bread rolls, just like the hen in the story, and practised their kneading skills after learning the word 'knead'. Most of the children thought the bread rolls they had baked were delicious!
