This week we have been exploring the wet weather and our children have had great fun exploring the big puddles. We have been jumping, splashing and pouring and the rain gives us the perfect opportunity to use all of our senses. This also created an opportunity for independent learning. The teacher encouraged the children to change out of their shoes and place on our wellie boots independently. 

We also had a fantastic trip to Bocketts Farm. The children experienced feeding the sheep, seeing and touching small animals like rabbits and chicks. The children were so gentle with the animals, and we were so proud of them. Afterwards, we went on a tractor ride to see the other animals around the farm. The children loved going over the bumps.
