This week in Pre School we have started the process of transitioning our children who will be leaving us and moving on to Nursery after Christmas.

This process gives the children a chance to go and explore the Nursery classroom and playground, take part in focused activities such as carpet time and sensory stories as well as spending time getting to know the staff who will be teaching them from January. 

Much like the settling in sessions that the children do with us when they first start Pre School, these are a great opportunity for the children to adjust to a new environment, make new friends and discover new ways to learn through play.
