The children came back from the Easter break refreshed and ready to learn. Remember to keep working on the Guardian of the Wild activities, from London Wetlands, so that your child can earn their certificate and badge. These are awarded in our weekly, whole school, Praise Assembly. 

The children have been very focussed in English this week, they have been looking at different sentences and identifying the nouns, verbs, adverbs and adjectives. Then the children have written their own descriptions of pirates using all the different grammar types. Once they have written a short description, they have worked hard to try and move the adverbs around, to the middle, beginning and or the end of the text.
