The children loved their art lesson this week. They got to use clay for the first time. They are impatiently waiting for the sculptures to dry. 

In English, the children have written a diary, as Jack from Jack and the Baked Beanstalk. They have had fun in drama, hotseating the giant, and they have written questions to the giant asking what it is like in the castle. 

In maths, the children have continued practising their subtraction skills, using tens and ones and then using a number line. 

Next week is the last week of the Spring Term. We will hopefully get to paint our sculptures.
