In our English learning this week, Year 1 have been reading a book we have not previously used in Year 1- Man on the Moon by Simon Bartram. Already, we have composed a class letter to Bob ( the Man on the Moon) asking about his job and we have used our imagination to visit the moon ourselves. The children have been getting very excited about this book and we look forward to sharing even more fantastic writing very soon!
