We have started our unit all about Ancient Egypt. We have started our learning journey by finding out why the Nile was so important to the growth and prosperity of the Ancient Egyptian people. It provided so much more than just water. This learning is in preparation for our visit to the British Museum next week on the 9th of May. We will be investigating many of the Ancient Egyptian artefacts on display there including the Rosetta stone. If you are able to help with this trip then please talk to the Year 5 team.
