In geography this week, we have been learning about the tectonic plates. The tectonic plates cover the surface of the Earth's crust and fit over each other like a jigsaw puzzle. When the plates pull and push away from each other, this causes the ground beneath to shake and causes earthquakes. We watched videos about this and answered some questions about the tectonic plates.
