The children enjoyed designing a robot this week. In their computing lessons, they have been learning about inputs and outputs. They decided what they wanted their robot to be able to do, and then they created a chain of commands and events. 

Seven children were very brave and confident and stood up in front of the whole school to recite their 'Tails' poems. They did a marvellous job. Don't forget if your child is interested, there is the Kingston Speech and Language Festival in Tolworth. They can recite their poem and if the panel think they are good enough, they may even receive a medal for their efforts. It was great fun last year. If interested, come and ask one of us.
