Last week, the children enjoyed going into Year 3 to meet their new teachers and see the classrooms. They also got to play in the playground and on the equipment.

In class, we have been consolidating our learning in maths and played a dice game similar to connect four. The children had to roll two die and then add the two together to find the total. They then did the same but had to take the small number away to find the difference. All answers had to be coloured in on the grid to make four in a row. 

The children have written a letter to the Sea Dragon's parents in English and answered comprehension questions about how the Sea Dragon feels in guided reading. 

The children have loved 'break the rules' day. Thank you for your support.
