This week in Pre-School we have started to read the Maisy series, each week will be reading a different book from the series. Maisy takes us on different adventures from going to the library, starting nursery and going to the farm. This week we started by reading Maisy goes to the library. The children have loved telling us about their trips to the library and the books they read. 

Also, this week the children have been doing lots of mark making. We have been drawing round our hands and bodies on the floor in the playground using chalk and using felt tips or crayons on paper. The children have been able to put meaning to their drawings and explain what they are drawing, they have also been engaging with each other to create pictures. 

Please can you ensure that your child attends Pre school with a labelled water bottle and that they are wearing sun cream in preparation for the hot weather.
