In our science topic this term, Year 1 have been learning about the different parts of a plant and what their different functions are. This learning also ties in very neatly with our class book, The Tiny Seed. To help us in our learning this week, Year 1 have been creating collage flowers with real seeds .The children have greatly enjoyed making these. Later in the term, we will be deepening our knowledge further with a visit to Holly Lodge in Richmond Park. The excitement is building!
