This week in Reception, the children have been busy cooking. They have enjoyed making their own bowls of cereal and cutting up carrot sticks. They tried hummus and sour cream dips with their carrots. The children have been learning the importance of washing their hands before cooking as well as being safe when using sharp equipment in the kitchen. They also made Tudor biscuits, which were a big hit! 

Next week, in maths we will be looking at composition of numbers by learning about number bonds of the numbers 6,7 and 8.
