This week in Year 4 we continued to learn about different states of matter. In particular, we looked at how matter can change its state. We all held an ice cube in our hand and took notes on how the ice cube melted and what was happening to the ice. We were all successfully able to melt our ice cubes using the heat from our hands to turn a solid into a liquid. We then discussed our experiment next week and made a scientific prediction.
