This week saw the culmination of our DT project on Tudor biscuits. Having practised our dough rolling skills last week, it was time to put our new-found talent to the test. We carefully mixed our ingredients and added the flavourings from our lesson on designing our biscuits (cinnamon and honey were a polar choice). We then rolled out the dough and tied it in a Tudor knot design. Finally, we got to evaluate our finished product. This involved putting our "Bake off" judge's hat on and thinking about what had been successful and what we could do to improve next time. Any left over biscuits were taken home and enjoyed by our families.
