In maths this week, we have been investigating different ways to make 1000 by looking at examples in real life. We know that 1000ml makes 1 litre, 1000g makes 1kg and 1000mm makes 1m. In partners, we had a go at making our own metre sticks by measuring out 10 lots of 100mm bits of paper.
