This week in Pre-school we discussed the changes happening in nature, we also noticed the change in temperature and this week we needed to wrap up warm before we went outside. 

We decided to make a sensory tub filled with items we can find outside in autumn. We had a pumpkin, horse chestnuts, leaves and twigs. We had great fun carving the pumpkin and removing the pulp, we thought that our hands felt slimy afterwards. We talked about the leaves now turning brown and red. We described them as crunchy and hard.
