This week we have been learning about how to identify and discuss what is longer, shorter, taller, heavier and lighter than each other. The children have enjoyed exploring the different ways to measure this and learning about balancing the same or an equal amount.

We have been learning about how to care for our world and the children have explained what they already know and have promised to help keep their houses and local areas tidy!

Please could we ask for any recycling you may be able to bring into school. Items such as cardboard boxes, egg boxes and even clean plastic bottles will really help your children in the design areas of our classroom.

Keep your eyes peeled for new maths tasks over the weekend and continue to provide your support with your reading at home.
