This week in Nursery we have been learning two new skills. The children have been cutting, sticking and decorating strips of paper to make paper chain decorations for the classroom. The children enjoyed the challenge of trying to make one as long as the classroom and they nearly did it!

We have been reading 'Billy's Bucket' which is about a little boy who asks for a bucket as a gift. He then uses his imagination about the things he sees inside the bucket. The children have been learning about using their imagination and all the different ways we can use it. During a mat session we had a circle time in which they all looked into a bucket and had a go at using their imagination.
