This week we started a new book in English called The Bog Baby by Jeanne Wills. Before the children saw the picture of the character, they listened to the description and drew a picture of what they thought it would look like. Then they compared this to the picture of the Bog Baby in the book. The children showed how well they could listen and understand by drawing these amazing pictures. Next, they chose words from a word bank to describe The Bog Baby.
